Flesh trade racket busted in Hardwar, seven women arrested

Hardwar, May 25 (UNI) Police have busted a flesh trade racket here and arrested seven women in this connection.

On a tip-off from a journalist, police last night raided a place in Brahmpuri and arrested three women involved in the racket.

Later, on the basis of information provided by them, four other women were arrested from different places, including a hotel, in the city.

Some influential people, including a few political leaders, are also reported to be involved in the matter.

Superintendent of Police J R Joshi told UNI that further interrogation of the women was on.
