DMK to decide Rajya Sabha candidates tomorrow

Chennai, May 25 (UNI) The ruling DMK in Tamil Nadu will convene its high-level working committee meeting tomorrow to decide candidates for the July 15 biennial elections to fill six Rajya Sabha seats from the state Assembly.

The meeting to be chaired by DMK President M Karunanidhi would nominate two party candidates.

The party had decided to allot two other seats to its allies- the CPI and the Congress.

The CPI had already announced its National Secretary D Raja as its candidate.
