Triton Corp Ltd acquires 2 UK companies

New Delhi, May 24 (UNI) Triton Corp Ltd today said it has acquired two UK-based companies, West Talk Corporate Ltd and New Beginning Finance Ltd, for a combined consideration of about 1.3 million pounds.

The company will hold 100 per cent equity in West Talk Corporate Ltd and an 80 per cent share in New Beginning Finance Ltd.

''We are also actively looking at domestic BPO buyout to enhance seat capacity utilization,'' Triton Managing Director K C Gupta said in a statement issued here.

ITES and BPO outfit, Triton plans to finalise two more acquisitions of a UK-based legal process outsourcing process (LPO) and a US-based IT company soon.

West Talk provides wireless communication services to network service providers like Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile in the UK.

The other company, New Beginning Finance Ltd provides broker services of mortgage finance and secured loans for housing and other assets, in the UK market.
