One killed, another injured in road mishaps in city

Chandigarh, May 24 (UNI) One person was killed and another injured in different road accidents in the city today, police said.

The pillon rider was killed when the motorcyle on which he was traveling alongwith a friend skidded off the road. The victim identified as Sushil Kumar, who was seriously injured later died in hospital.

A rickshaw puller sustained injuries when he was hit by a truck in the Industrial area. He was admitted to the PGI where his condition was stated to be serious.
