Kosli Ekta Manch to launch new political party

Rourkela, May 24 (UNI) The Kosli Ekta Manch (KEM), spearheading a movement for separate Koshal state, today announced to launch a new political party to intensify agitation.

KEM general secretary Baidyanath Mishra said with the formation of the new political party, the demand for a separate state would get the political backing.

He said the new political party would be launched in the first week of June and those, who had been marginalised in the post- Independence era, would now fight against colonial hegemony of the coastal administration over the people of Western Orissa covering ten districts.
