Child dies after falling fron 3rd floor of hotel

New Delhi, May 24 (UNI) A two-and-a-half-year-old child died this morning after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Nabi Karim area of Central Delhi.

Utkala, who was playing with her brother in the hotel room, suddenly slipped from the window sill while trying to jump on the bed, according to sources.

Daughter of R K Singh who hails from Patna and works in a private firm there, Utkala was taken to a closeby hospital where she was declared 'brought dead'.

The family had arrived in Delhi yesterday evening from Haridwar and was to leave for Patna tonight.
