A 44 -year-old farmer commits suicide due to debts

Hubli, May 24 (UNI) A 44-year-old farmer allegedly committed suicide for being unable to repay loans raised for agriculture purpose at Nellur village in Gadag district.

According to police, Bellundeppa Bellappanavar took the extreme step by consuming poison yesterday. He was immediately shifted to Hospital where he died.
