Triton to acquire stakes in UK firms

Mumbai, May 23 (UNI) Triton Corporation Limited will acquire stakes in two London-based firms.

The board of directors, which met yesterday, has decided to acquire 100 per cent stakes in West Talk Corporate Limited and 80 per cent stakes in New Beginnings Finance Limited.

The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the stakes will be acquired from the existing shareholders of both companies.
