SEBI imposes minor penalty of suspension on Khandwala

Mumbai, May 23 (UNI) The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has imposed a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of registration of a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) M/S Jayantilal Khandwala and Sons Private Limited, Member, for fifteen days in the case of dealings in the scrip of M/s Roofit Industries.

SEBI Whole Time Member V K Chopra in the order issued today said the suspension is with immediate effect.
