One person murdered, 3 others of family injured over land dispute

Anand, May 23 (UNI) A man was murdered and his three family members seriously injured over a land dispute at Sodpur village near here.

Police said Kabhai alias Kario went to the house of Moses Philip Christi and attacked the latter and his family members with a sickle while they were sleeping on the terrace. Police said a land dispute was the reason behind the attack.

Moses died on the spot while his wife Ramilaben, mother Minaben and five-month-old son were seriously injured. The three have been admitted to the civil hospital in Ahmedabad. Kario is absconding, police said.
