OC deposes in court in Md Shahbuddin case

Siwan, May 23 (UNI) The Officer in-charge of Hussaingunj police station in the district today deposed before a special court in connection with a case involving the incarcerated RJD MP Md Shahabuddin.

The officer in-charge, Gauri Kumari was produced as a witness in the case before the special judge Gyaneshwar Srivastav as he was a member of a raiding party.

According to the charges, a catche of foreign made arms, ammunition, a night vision device and a walky talky were recovered from the ancestral house of Md Shhabuddin in 2005 following a raid.

Later an FIR was lodged in the Hussaingunj police station.
