Forza Motosports 2 hits Indian market

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) Microsoft Game Studio is gearing up to expand its gaming console market in the country with the launch of adrenaline pumping Forza Motorsport 2, a sequel to its earlier product.

The gaming is priced at Rs 1,895, and the company has said it will launch more products in the near future, including Xbox Live.

The Xbox is a video game console produced by Microsoft Corporation.

''Xbox has more than six million subscribers throughout the world and with the launch we are expected to increase the subscriber base globally,'' Microsoft Country Manager (Entertainment and devices division) Mohit Anand told reporters here.

Xbox already has versions of hollywood movies and with the growing poplarity of games in the country the day is not far when Microsoft will provide game versions of popular bollywood movies, he added.

Forza Motorsport 2 showcases over 300 of the world's hottest cars to give a complete racing experience. It features over 45 tracks carve out of 12 environments, including several real world licensed circuits like Silverstone, Tsukuba and Laguna Seca. Moreover detailed camera effecrts like blooming, lens flare heat shimmer and crashing into a broken cars create a realistic cinematic racing experience.

The game is designed to enhance the overall gaming experience with Xbox.
