Modi's memontoes to be auctioned to fund girl's education

Surat, May 22 (UNI) Memontoes received by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi at various functions, would be auctioned at Vapi from May 28 to May 30 and the income thus generated would be donated to Girl Child Education Fund of the State government.

As many as 962 mementoes including 93 silver items would be auctioned at a function organised at Vapi Industrial Association Complex, an official release by Valsad District Information Bureau said here today.

Valsad district collector Dilip Rawal, in the release appealed industrial houses, charitable organisations and citizens to participate in the auction and support the noble cause.
