Preventing BJP's erosion need of the hour: Khandelwal

Bhopal, May 21 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Pyarelal Khandelwal today said there was difference in ground realties of the party's position in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh but preventing ''erosion'' of the organisation was the need of the hour.

Mr Khandelwal told a meeting of party office-bearers held at party headquarters here today that their target was to make the party strong and all-inclusive.

He said party office-bearers and workers must remain alert towards change in the political atmosphere and accelerate the pace of working of the organisation.

The BJP leader expressed satisfaction that the party had filled new energy in its workers by maintaining constant communication with them.

Mr Khandelwal said the party, which came into power after a long time, had to work in accordance with the feelings of the party workers.

He added that public opinion about the government should always be a subject of constant thought for the party.
