MP: Pregnant woman dies due to burns

Chhattarpur(MP), May 21: A pregnant woman burnt to death after a fire broke out at her residence yesterday at Chandranagar village in this district.

Police said Kalpana, 22, was nine months pregnant. Her death was being investigated and the Tahsildar along with police officials inspected the spot.

Police suspect that the fire might have spread from the sacred fire lighted during 'Aarti' last evening.
