One die of sun-stroke in northern MP
Bhopal, May 21 (UNI) A 25-year-old woman has died because of sun-stroke in Sheopur district of northern Madhya Pradesh, which was reeling under severe heat.
Besides, three people, including a woman, were injured due to strong winds in this district.
Earlier, two people had died due to sun-stroke in Sheopur district.
Meanwhile, strong winds and rainfall lashed several parts of the state.
Regional Meteorological department spokesperson said rainfall lashed isolated places in Rewa, Jabalpur, Sagar, Bhopal, Ujjain and Gwalior divisions. A maximum of 44 degree Celsius was recorded in Datia during this period.
Showers accompanied with lightning were predicted at isolated places in all divisions of the state.
