Police recover burnt body of girl

Ambala, May 20 (UNI) A half burnt dead body of a young girl in her twenties was found in a gunny bag in a field at Durana village under Naggal police station today.

After noticing the dead body, the owner of the field informed the village sarpanch who further conveyed the message to the police station.

The police found that the girl was burnt with some highly inflammable substance. Her face and other parts bore burn injuries due to which she could not be identified.

The Police after recovering the body sent it to the civil hospital for postmortem. The police are investigating the matter.
