Madhyamam reporter bags Madhavakurup award

Kozhikode, May 19 (UNI) Madhyamam senior reporter P K Prakash has been chosen for the ''K S Madhava Kurup award'' for best general reporting.

His features ''Chootatam Thudarunna vipani... which appeared in the Malayalam daily from October 26 to 30 bagged him the award instituted by the Calicut Press club, a release said here.

The award carrying a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a citation would be presented to him later this month, the release added.
