Kickboxing as exhibition game in Asian Indoor Games
Chandigarh, May 19 (UNI) Kickboxing has been included as an exhibition game in the Asian Indoor Games to be organised at Macau from October 25 and India is among eight countries which will take part in the event.
According to Chandigarh Kickboxing Association president Karan Avtar Singh, the game will soon be included permanently in the future Asian indoor games.
He said that in these games competition will be conducted in semi and full contact besides low kick events.
Meanwhile trials to select the Indian team for the Macau Games will be held at Sholapur (Maharashtra) from June 8 to 10.
