Civil services aspirant caught giving exam for friend

Varanasi, May 19 (UNI) A youth was caught from an examination centre at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) campus for allegedly appearing in an entrance examination on behalf of his friend here today.

Ram Dular, a native of neighbouring Ghazipur district was caught from the Kendriya Vidyalaya exam centre while appearing in BEd entrance exam on behalf of his friend Ram Raksha Bhartiya, BHU chief proctor S K Singh said.

He was later handed over to district police. On interrogation, Ram Dular confessed his crime.

The duo were preparing for competitive examinations in Allahabad and Dular was to appear in the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination in Allahabad tomorrow.
