3 killed and 12 injured in road accident in Bihar

Buxar, May 19 (UNI) At least three people, were killed and 12 injured in a road accident at Chousa near here today.

Police said the accident occured when a crowded jeep overturned on the Chousa main road in a bid to save a cyclist from the opposite direction.

The three victims died on the spot.

Soon local people veached the spot to rescue the passengers and sent the injured to a nearby hospital, where the conditon of five was stated to be critical.
