XLRI will set up its third management campus in Jaipur
Jaipur, May 18 (UNI) XLRI, one of the most sought after management schools in the country will set up its campus in Jaipur.
Addressing a press conference here today director of the XLRI Fr N Casimir Raj SJ said, the second campus of the institue will come up in Hydrabad by 2009 and Jaipur could be its third campus in India.
He said XLRI Jamshedpur, School of Business and Huma Resources was founded in 1949 in the steel city of Jamshedpur had its international foray in 2001 by opening its first international campus in Dubai and the second international centre in Singapore in 2006. He said XLRI's third international is coming up in Malasiya and will start operation in September this year.
Director Fr Raj claimed that campus recruitment process at XLRI of the year 2007 ended with an epoch-making 50 per cent rise in average salary, higher than any B-school in India, with best companies from across industries vying for the creme de la creme of the country.
He said while average salary stands at Rs 12.6 lakhs per annum while the highest domestic salary offered was a top Rs 16 lakhs.
There were 10 foreign offers with an average of 85000 dollars and a highest of 100,000 dollars.
