Radhika Selvi MoS in Home Ministry

New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) Ms V Radhika Selvi, who was earlier today sworn in as a Minister of State in the UPA government, has been allocated the Ministry of Home Affairs.

A Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said President A P J Abdul Kalam has directed that M Selvi be allocated the portfolio as advised by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Dr Kalam administered the oath of office and secrecy to Ms Selvi at a function at the Durbar Hall of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
