Pappi replaces Manmohan as Blk Cong Committe chief

Phagwara, May 18 (UNI) Punjab Pardesh Congress Committee President Shamsher Singh Dullo has appointed Congress Councillor Pawan Sharma Pappi as Block Congress Committee Phagwara president in place of Manmohan Sharma (also a Congress councilor) today.

Mr Dullo handed over the appointment letter to Mr Pappi in the presence of Former Minister Joginder Singh Maan, Councillor Brij Bhushan Parbhakar in PPCC office Chandigarh this afternoon.
