Karuturi Networks acquires 100 pc stake in Estel

Mumbai, May 18: Karuturi Networks Ltd has acquired cent per cent stake and management control in Estel communications Pvt Ltd, a Delhi -based, category A Internet Service Provider.

Estel, jointly promoted by a Nasdaq listed company and a Delhi group, focuses on providing end-to-end Network Solutions to several corporates in the IT and ITES sector.

With this acquisition the company will have a headstart to expand into several locations across India, company informed BSE today.

This acquisition attains significance as it will help expand the client base and provide a major boost to the company's Internet services and network business.
