New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) The headless body of an 18-year-old boy was found outside the high security Tihar Jail in West Delhi early morning today leaving a stunned police force with no answers over the fourth such incident in the last seven months.

The legs and hands of the teenager, who was about 4-and-a-half feet tall, too had been chopped off, before being dumped outside Gate No 1 of the Tihar Jail, according to the police.

Earlier, thrice -- April 25, on December 20 and October 27 -- bodies had been found dumped outside the jail, situated in one of the most 'secured areas' of the Capital.

Throwing an open challenge to the police, as was the case in the first incident (October 28 last year), the alleged killer had tagged a piece of paper daring the force to ''catch me if you can''.

The torso had been wrapped in a plastic cover before being placed in a plastic bag in which it was found by the police following a call at the Hari Nagar police station at about 0650 hrs.

Post mortem on the body was being carried out at the Deendayal Upadhyay Hospital, sources said adding the body had only an undergarment on.

A senior police official, while confirming the incident, said earlier, only twice had the bodies been found outside Tihar Jail and their heads were not severed.
