BharatMatrimony launches Voice Matrimony service

Chennai, May 18 (UNI) BharatMatrimony.com, a leading matrimony solutions provider, today announced the launch of 'Voice Matrimony', India's first voice based matrimony service, in conjunction with the country's premier mobile telecom player Airtel and a leading telecom value-added service provider, OnMobile.

A company release here said this user-friendly multi-model service based on speech recognition technology would make possible the search for a life-partner with a mobile phone.

This unique service would enable registered members of BharatMatrimony to record, listen, and to send and receive voice messages to prospects through simple steps using their mobile handsets.

In the first phase, the service was made available on Airtel network across the country and opened to all 15 matrimony domains of Bharatmatrimony.

The service could be availed by dialing an exclusive number - 505050, which was menu driven and would guide the caller through the entire process.

The recorded data of the members would be hosted on the server of OnMobile after a thorough validation of content by BharatMatrimony, the release added.
