Three of a family get life imprisonment

Patna, May 17 (UNI) A local sessions court today sentenced three members of a family to life imprisonment in a murder case.

Additional District and Sessions judge of Patna S P N Singh found Vishwanath Gope, a resident of Krishna colony of the state capital, guilty along with his son Binod Gope and son-in-law Tufani Rai for committing the murder of Anant Kumar Singh.

According to the charges, the deceased,a tenant of the convicts,was shot dead by the three following an altercation on May 27, 2002.
