Tata Steel Board recommends dividend

Mumbai, May 17 (UNI) In a gift to shareholders on the occasion of the company's Centenary Year, the Board of Directors of Tata Steel Limited has recommended a special dividend of 25 per cent, besides a dividend of 130 per cent for the financial year 2006-07.

The recommendations are subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the company said today.
