State Bank of India Life Insurance's new portal

Visakhapatnam, May 17: The SBI Life Insurance today announced the launch of'agency online,'' an exclusive portal to meet the needs of its isurance advisor base.

SBI Life Chief Excutive Officer Uday Shankar Roy said in a release today said the company was committed to the development of technology infrastructure enabling its business partners to provide better customer services.

Agency online was an initiative to empower and equip insurance advisors with tools that facilitate self-learning and delivering right customer advise and service.

One of the key features of agency online was profit score which helped insurance advisors understand customers' risk profile and offer solutions to meet the customers and investment objectives, it added.
