Bhilwara, May 17: Bhilwara in Rajasthan will soon have the state's first herbal park where patients would be treated through naturopathy.

Bhilwara's Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) will develop the project inside the sprawling 125-bigha Smriti Van, which is currently being developed in the city's Harni region. The herbal park will be spread over 20 bigha and will be built at a cost of Rs 6 crore.

UIT president Laxmi Narayan Daad said the herbal park here would be built on the lines of Lumbini Park in Hyderabad where laser show was the main attraction.

The park will use laser beam colour therapy to treat patients beside being provided with natural juice from fresh fruits and ayurvedic medicines. The park is expected to be completed within a year.
