Plea in MP court against Dera Sacha Sauda

Indore, May 17 (UNI) A local court today accepted a plea urging the registering of a case against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh for hurting Sikh sentiments.

City-resident Advocate Indrajeet Singh Bhatiya submitted the plea in the court of Judicial Magistrate Shubhra Singh who set May 19 as the next date for hearing.

The plea urged registering of a case under sections 295, 295(a), 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
