Notorious gangster Pankaj Chaurasia arrested

Nawada, May 17(UNI) Notorious gangster Pankaj Chaurasia was arrested from Warsili area here today on charges of mass murders, arson, loot and kidnapping.

Police said acting on a tip-off, a team of officials raided the Warsiliganj market and nabbed Chaurasia of Akhilesh Singh gang without any resistance.

The gangster was allegedly involved in Manipur and Gowachak massacres last year and was absconding since then, police added.
