Lapang appoints Lyngdoh as Parliamentary Secretary

Shillong, May 17 (UNI) Meghalaya Chief Minister D D Lapang has appointed former Home Minister HDR Lyngdoh as Parliamentary Secretary.

Mr Lapang administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr Lyngdoh in his office.

Mr Lyngdoh would be assisting the Chief Minister in looking after the Home, Tax and Revenue Department.

With the appointment of Mr Lyngdoh, the number of Parliamentary Secretaries rose to ten.
