KPIT Cummins ranked among top global outsourcing providers

Chennai, May 17 (UNI) KPIT Cummins Infosystems, a global IT consulting organisation, today claimed that it had been rated as one of the top outsourcing firms in the Global Outsourcing 100.

A company release here said the list comprises of the top companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services in areas such as facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing, logistics and not just information technology and business process outsourcing.

Compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) following a rigorous global application and judging process, the Global Outsourcing 100 was the definitive ranking of outsourcing service providers.

KPIT was ranked in the list of established leaders rising 35 spots from last year to rank 38.

The jury found customer testimonials as the key strength area.

In addition to the top 100 list, KPIT was also judged as one of the top 13 outsourcing firms offering product research, development, manufacturing services, services to the automotive industry and the services delivered in Asia, the release added.
