JB Chemicals Q4 net dips 29 per cent

New Delhi, May 17: JB Chemicals&Pharmaceuticals Ltd today registered a 29.3 per cent drop in its net profit at Rs 10.92 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 15.45 crore for the same period last year.

Its total income, however, rose 24.5 per cent to Rs 145.85 crore from Rs 117.07 crore during the said period.

For the year ended March 2007, the company's net profit increased marginally to Rs 71.02 crore in comparison to Rs 70.92 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 while total income went up up to Rs 542.15 crore from Rs 477.55 crore.
