Frequency of train between Jammu-Bandra increased in summer
New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer, the Northern Railway has decided to increase the frequency of the weekly train between Jammu Tawi and Bandra Terminus (no 0905 and 0906) to run twice a week from Friday to July 2.
The 0905 Bandra Terminus-Jammu Tawi bi-weekly superfast special train will depart from Bandra Terminus on every Wednesday and Saturday at 2315 hrs and reach Jammu Tawi at 0650 hrs the third day of its departure from the originating station.
In the return direction the 0906 Jammu Tawi-Bandra Terminus bi-weekly superfast special train will depart from Jammu Tawi on every Monday and Friday at 2315 hrs to reach Bandra Terminus at 0805 hrs the third day.
It will comprise one AC two-tier, four AC three-tier, six second class sleeper coaches, two general second class besides two brake van coaches. It will stop at Borivali, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota, Sawaimadhopur, Mathura, New Delhi, Ambala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantt and Chakki Bank stations en route in both the directions.
