Elephant ride temporarily suspended in Kaziranga National Park

Kaziranga, May 17 (UNI) Elephant ride facility of Kaziranga National park has been suspended by the park authorities due to the coming monsoon season.

However, visitors with suitable light vehicles will be allowed ino limited areas along specified tourist routes, up to Roumari in Western Range and Daflong area in Kaziranga Range, depending upon weather and road conditions until further orders are issue, says a notice by the Kaziranga National Park Authority.
