Court employee arrested for sending threatening SMSes to magistrate
New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) Police have arrested a court employee for sending threatening SMSes to a Tis Hazari Metropolitan Magistrate here.
Shankar Prasad Sinha (27), resident of Nehru Vihar and working as Asst Ahlmad in another MM court, was arrested by Special Cell sleuths after he sent threatening SMSes asking Rs four lakh from magistrate, according to the police.
On being interrogated the accused said earlier he had been posted with the same magistrate and that the mobile he was using was in the name of his friend's wife.
