Sarpanch, brother killed

Kadapa, May 16 (UNI) A sarpanch and his brother were allegedly hacked to death by their rivals at Malepadu village in this district early this morning.

The deceased were identified as Jaya Rami Reddy, the sarpanch and his younger brother Subba Reddy.

Police suspect political rivalry to be the cause of murder.
