Parsvnath to develop Group Housing at Gujarat

Mumbai, May 16: Parsvnath Developers Ltd today announced that it will develop a Group housing complex on a plot measuring 13,200 square metres in Jamnagar, a few minutes away from the city airpot, in north Gujarat.

The company won the project in a fiercely competitive bid, held by Jamnagar Municipal Corporation (JMC), and emerged as the highest bidder to bag the project. The project will provide all the infrastructure facilities and luxuries to its residents.

Commenting on winning the bid, Parsvnath Developers Ltd chairman Pradeep Jain said ''Parsvnath is a widely acclaimed organisation that offers exclusive realty solutions. Jamnagar has witnessed a rapid economic development in the recent years and we are glad to have won this bid. The complex would give us an opportunity to provide a new dimension to lifestyle in the city.'' This project marks the presence of the company into Jamnagar, the company has already got presence in Ahmedabad, wherein the company is already constructing a 5-star hotel with a mall and a multiplex.
