'M V Good Princess' launched at HSL

Visakhapatnam, May 16: The Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), today launched 'M V Good Princess', a 30,000 dwt bulk carrier, built for Good Earth Maritime Mimited (GML), Chennai.

HSL's senior most employee Padhama Charna Ratho launched its largest ever ship 178 metres long and costing Rs 125 crore. The keel of the ship was laid on January 18, 2006.

Its Chairman and Managing Director Ajit Tiwari said the double hull ship, in the second series of four bulk carriers, would have a speed of 14,30 knots.
