Husband held for wife's murder
Narsinghpur, MP, May 16 (UNI) A woman's headless corpse, found from the toilet of the 1390 Allahabad-Itarsi Passenger train at Narsinghpur Railway Station on April 28, has been identified and her husband arrested on the charge of killing her, police said today.
Government Railway Police said Satna's Jaitwara tehsil-resident Shobha Garg was killed by her husband Laxman Garg, who suspected her of having an illicit relationship.
Laxman was arrested on May 14. Later, he was sent to police remand for seven days.
Police were searching for Laxman's elder brother and advocate Rajendra Garg.
Shobha's head was dumped in the forest, while her body was chopped into small pieces, packed in a sack and dumped it in the toilet of the train.
