High temperature in MP

Bhopal, May 15 (UNI) Maximum temperature exceeded 40 degrees Celsius in most places of Madhya Pradesh today and the state's weather was dry overnight.

Sheopur Kalan and Datia recorded a sizzling 44'C.

''Upper air cyclonic circulation exists over neighbouring Chhattisgarh and northeastern Madhya Pradesh. Consequently Rewa, Sagar and Jabalpur divisions might witness isolated thundershowers over the next 24 hours,'' said a Regional Meteorological Centre spokesman.
