Haj committee thanks YSR

Hyderabad, May 16 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Haj Committee, under the chairmanship of Energy and Minorities Welfare Minister, Mohd.

Ali Shabbir, today met Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy at the secretariat and thanked him for enhancing the grant-in-aid to the committee from Rs 15 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs.

The Committee also thanked the Chief Minister for having agreed to exempt registration fees and transfer of property duty for registration of land adjacent to the Haj house, according to an official release here.
