Gold, Silver recover on fresh demand

Mumbai, May 16: Precious metals recovered today on fresh demand, in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the closing rates of Silver and Gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 18,610 (18,585), Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,915 (8,875), Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,965 (8,925).
