Dinesh M N's formal suspension orders issued

Jaipur, May 16 (UNI) The Rajasthan government has issued the formal suspension orders of Alwar SP Dinesh M N, arrested in a fake encounter case.

Mukesh Sharma, secretary, Personnel department, said here Mr Dinesh M N is being considered suspended from April 24, according to state Home department report. The Union Home Secretary has also been informed of the suspension orders.

Dinesh M N was arrested on April 24 for being involved in a fake encounter case. According to services rule, a officer who is in custody for more than 48 hours, is considered suspended. But the written orders of suspension were released yesterday.
