Charges framed in Daryapur massacre case

Nawada, May 16 (UNI) A Fast Track Court today framed charges against notorious criminal Shravan Singh in the Daryapur massacre case.

Additional District and Sessions judge Vijay Shankar Pathak found the accused guilty under various Arms Act after listening to both parties.

According to the charges, the accused and his gang members attacked Daryapur village and opened fire on villagers on December 18, 1997, killing two people on the spot.

Later an FIR was filed against them.
