Chandrababu Naidu congratulates civils topper

Hyderabad, May 16 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu, who is in Delhi, today called up Civil Services topper Revu Muthyala Raju and congratulated him.

He told Raju that he was happy that some one from Andhra Pradesh, particularly a person from a humble background, became the topper after 36 years. Raju had proved to the nation that Telugus were second to none in intelligence and hard work.

He urged every youngster to follow his example and achieve the goal in life.
