Call money opens higher at 9.00-9.50 per cent

Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) Call rates today opened at 9.00-9.50 per cent, slightly higher than the previous close of 8.75-9.00 per cent.

Inter bank rates are likely to face upward pressure with today's MSS bond auction worth Rs 6,000 crore set to suck out more money from the market, dealers said.
